We are excited present the Hold On You Matter Arts & Music Fest to create awareness for better mental health and suicide prevention in Bucks County.

We are looking for musical acts, spoken word, dance, school bands, jazz ensembles, painters, scultures, illustrators, and other talents. Please complete the form below with your contact information and upload a sample of your work, including video, audio or PDF artwork. Performers must be age 14+ to be eligible. There is no cost to apply or participate.

Submissions must be completed by Friday, September 29, 2023 at 5:00 pm (EDT). Selected performers will be notified by October 5, 2023. All instructions will be provided after final selections have been made. You must be able to provide your own instruments, amplifiers, easels, etc. We will have a basic sound system. 

Awards will be given to the top voted performers by event attendees. 

The event will be held on Friday, October 20 at the Christ’s Home Community Center at 800 York Rd, Warminster PA 18974 from 6:30 – 9:00 pm.
